Truffaldini e poco professionali
Parlo da consulente: ho acquistato il primo corso di formazione con la promessa di vendere nella loro azienda. Inizio col dire che il loro percorso prevedeva degli incontri tramite Zoom in cui assistevo alla lezione di formazione one to one (venduta come una grande opportunità che non potevo farmi sfuggire). Decido comunque di acquistare perché si erano presentati bene, ero entusiasta di questo nuovo avventura e consapevole di prendere il rischio di un eventuale delusione: Pago. Organizziamo i primi due / tre incontri ed entrambi il formatore fa ritardo di 30 minuti…(questa è una cosa che odio, perché nel mio mondo il tempo è denaro e in tutte le volte ho dovuto slittare i miei appuntamenti). Per non parlare del secondo appuntamento che è stato disdetto in video chiamata senza alcun tipo di preavviso. La formazione di per sé è stata valida, per quel poco che ho fatto con loro, ma la parte succulenta arriva nell’ultimo incontro in cui mi viene fatta una tentata vendita del tutto inopportuna. Dicendomi che questa era la vera grande opportunità da non perdere per poter vendere una percentuale più alta insieme a loro e che per farlo dovevo investire altri soldi. Non mi è piaciuto, perché ho acquistato il loro primo percorso la settimana prima e prima di pensare di fare altro, è bene che venga soddisfatto su ciò che ho acquistato. Ma la cosa che più mi ha deluso è il tipo di vendita che mi è stata fatta, molto aggressiva, poco empatica e soprattutto imbarazzante perché nonostante io avessi detto esplicitamente più volte di non voler proseguire oltre il Venditore ha continuato a vendermi a tal punto da vedere la sua faccia frustrata per la mancata vendita e ha iniziato infatti ad attaccarmi sul personale, perché non accetta più il fatto che non comprassi. Dicendomi poco prima di chiudere la chiamata che questo mio approccio avrebbe determinato il mio fallimento😅 Questo mi ha fatto capire che non è il tipo di formazione che voglio, non è il tipo di formazione che mi era stata venduta. Semplicemente perché questo tipo di vendita non funziona più ormai da anni. Detto questo, chiedo una parte di rimborso entro 14 giorni e ovviamente me lo negano. Questo mi sta facendo incazzare ancora di più. Hanno un approccio molto truffaldino è molto puerile per certi aspetti.

I was I had read the reviews earlier about the unauthorized charges. I cancelled my membership prior to the renewal date, deleted everything, only to find an additional charge on my card. Requested a refund and provided the information, was told they can do nothing but not to worry I can use the site for another month. Absolutely do not use any sort of payment that is not easy to cancel.

😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬 Achtung! Betrug ‼️‼️‼️ Ich habe eben gesehen dass ich seit 7 Monaten (!!) unbemerkt eine regelmäßige Abbuchung habe die ich ganz sicher nicht autorisiert habe. 49,99€ monatlich für eine App die ich nicht habe und nicht benutze! Ich werde meinen Anwalt einschalten!

Don't subscribe or send them your credit card numbers
This site has charged my credit card without my approval, and refused to credit back my money stating that I didn't read the fine print when I submitted my one time payment as I understood when I signed in. I advise not to subscribe to their services whatsoever, or you'll be charged endlessly

DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE !! I signed up for a subscription thinking it was legit. I than cancelled my subscription way back in August 2024 and suddenly in January they started charging me once again. I had to cancel my credit card to stop them charging ! This is a scam !
