Always spot on with their locations and obfuscation's. The only wish I had was for better tunnels when torrenting. This is still a 5 star service though.

Great Setup Assistance!
I had the PIA VPN years ago when I was traveling, and I was very happy with it. A few years later, my life changed and I was mostly working from home, so I stopped subscribing. I just resubscribed after moving abroad. I didn't have any idea how to set it up properly and had an error message, so I initiated a chat on the PIA website. Marius was fantastic and spent a very long time with me making sure I had everything set up properly on both my laptop and my phone. He was patient and thorough. I now feel empowered to use my new VPN with confidence!

The Best Consumer VPN Available
PIA VPN has been a great product. I have used many VPN offerings in the past, but Private Internet Access is by far the best. I've shopped around but found none better than PIA. The product supports Linux, which is a must for me, and also offers a dedicated IP package. They provide a CLI client as well as a GUI interface to fix any environment. I highly recommend this product.

PIA has been consistently great, enabling me to select different proxies to get the best connection and very easy to use. Very useful on public networks where security is an issue.

Adrian M did a great job
Adrian M, the last representative was able to take care of my need. I kept on going back and forth to the point that I was about to cancel the service. It's kinda complicated. I was able to different server location except the Philippines. Finally Adrian M gave me the steps. It's sort of very specific but I was able to follow the specifics and details. Kudos to Adrian M for providing excellent customer service.

I was having connection speed issues on…
I was having connection speed issues on both my Linux laptop and iPhone. Support sorted it all quickly. OK, I had to download a new version for Linux, uninstall and install the newer version and that took a bit of time as anyone running Linux would know as it had to be done in a terminal window. Then change some settings on both devices and hey presto massive speed increase. Excellent service

I have two VPNs from different…Comparing my experience of PIA and a competitor
I have two VPNs from different companies, the PIA application, for PC, starts faster and is smoother to use, unlike the other which takes a long time to start and is bulky to use. The tunelgate of PIA works better. And I did not experience any outages with PIA. In short, iIt simpy works well.
