We signed up with Prime after our initial managing agent won us over - Leigh (while assigned to us) was fantastic. Since then we have had lots of other agents, which is been a very disjointed. Luckily, we have recently been assigned Kellan as our managing agent. I have been really impressed with Kellan’s responsiveness and efficiency in getting things done. Thank you Kellan! Prime Property Management has recently been appointed to manage my building. They are so much better than the previous management company. Anita was particularly helpful and helped me obtain some information I needed. She was friendly and went over and above to help me with my enquiry.
I have called repeatedly and sent many messages documented with pictures to the maintenance official, but no one cares and there is no result so far.
Review after initial six months: Since we switched to Prime from a horrifying experience with our Freeholder playing at being our agent we've been able to get the maintenance of our building back on track and with transparently costed services. Kellan has been our point of contact and has: - helped us make clear informed choices, such as to progress with a PAS9980 survey which has finally given us a clean bill of health under an EWS1. - listened to our feedback on the budgeting and adjusted as requested - been on the end of the phone when pipes in the building started leaking heavily just before Christmas. All in all the directors and leaseholders are extremely happy with the Kellan and Prime's work with us so far. Hopefully here's to many further positive reviews.
