Lovely company, very helpful. Slight issue with one of the products in the way of a mark but I have emailed and they have promised a replacement. Definitely will order from them again

Still waiting for a delivery I made a over a month ago. No update on when this is going to arrive. Fully paid for on order. Very disappointing Have updated this review as following this delay I did receive the product which was unfortunately damaged. Feeding this back I was then quickly sent out a replacement and an additional goodwill gift which I appreciated and all of the products arrived quickly and safely. The products are lovely and I think I was just unfortunate with the deliveries this time. Good resolution and customer service to rectify this.
Delivery was postponed due to be dispatched on 3rd of March but still not arrived. Costumer services were able to help but had to contact them,not very proactive

Love the bunny jars they are super cute, I am a bit disappointed with the latte cups as they are plastic , and for the price I think the are a bit expensive if I had known they were plastic, I would not have purchased.
