Quick delivery and great product. Already filled with Easter eggs

Easy to order. Was kept in loop re delay and apology was made. Items still arrived before Easter but it was great I didn’t have to chase up my end.

Bought a few items over the last year and I have been satisfied with everything I have bought.

Beautiful things and delivered quickly

Really love the items I ordered. Perfect for Easter time. Only downside was the waiting for delivery although I was informed that they had run out of stock and had the option to cancel my order. I agreed to wait for them to restock.

Great product but there were some issues with the delivery.the product was a pre order and then delayed. the company did apologise when their delivery was delayed but after being assured it would be sent the next week I had to chase it again to receive it the following week. I would use company again though as I think this was a one off issue

The products are very good and I am happy with them. Well packaged. Delivery was very slow.

Beautiful glass vase and great customer service!

My review is based on the monthly subscription boxes. My experience of these has been mixed. You do receive some lovely products, but also, in my opinion, some awful, badly made items. As a subscription service, you don't get to choose what you like, which is a risk as you end up with things you pay for that you don't want. For example, in my last two boxes, I received three sets of rabbit ornaments, totally nine rabbits. I appreciate it's Easter coming up but nine! Anything like wooden mats or trays are really poor quality and I've thrown them away. Saying all that, I have ordered some beautiful things that I was happy with. I have cancelled my subscription but I will be ordering again.

Took far too long

The bunny glass jar was really well packed as was the two porcelain bunnies. They are high quality and super cute. I'm really looking forward to displaying them.
