A very efficient and hard working legal team in general. It is easy to access or upload all the relevant information and documentation on their online portal. They generally respond quickly to any emails and have a good customer services team in their MyhomeMove department. They are also competitive with their pricing especially if you come to them through the CoOp legal services portal. I recommend you give them some careful consideration when thinking about your next move.

I have had a very pleasant experience, the whole service has been simple and easy to access and understand, as someone who is not familiar with the whole process and legalities. The eway portal and all the people I have come into contact with throughout this case have all been very clear and efficient, and the eway portal is easy and user friendly.

Our Conveyancer was really helpful and informative from start to finish and answered any questions we had. Helped make what is a very stressful time a little easier as we did hit a few hurdles along the way which added to the stress of it all.

Candice was very helpful and the portal is a good way to keep everything in one place although there were a lot of documents to print, sign, scan and upload requiring required equipment and know how. Decent transparent costs though it increased due to the initial quote via Coop not adding everything in and other eventualities.

i am in the process of selling two properties and purchasing one . My solicitor is Aishah Ibnat , who is doing a great job with all three properties. She is very organised, has great communication skills and has explained the process well.

Chloe has been very proactive , keeping us informed and giving regular updates on our Sale . She is very professional , very pleasant on the telephone , friendly and efficient .

Communication is good. No problems to speak of so far.

Throughout my whole experience sometimes it was quite frustrating there was not enough communication, sometimes it was good other times not, on the day of completion I had a text from my estate agent at 13.15 to say the sale had completed and therefore the buyer was given the key to my property however at 22.50 that day the funds still wasn’t in My account, I think it’s a sub standard service given I’m handing over a house.

Andrew provided amazing support and advice during the process of purchasing our property. All the questions we had were answered promptly with clarity, the details of what needed to be done were always provided and we didn't experience any delays, which helped us to go trough the process basically stress free. As first time buyers, we're very grateful to have Andrew as our solicitor. Definitely recommended!

Premier Property Lawyers were okay in the end, but I wouldn’t recommend them. The overall experience was frustrating due to poor communication throughout the process. It often felt like we had to constantly chase them just to get things moving, and they didn’t seem to take any meaningful action until we became more persistent—almost like we had to be an annoyance just to get progress. There were also moments that made us question their understanding of the process or their qualifications, as we often had to prompt or clarify things that should have been straightforward. While the job eventually got done, it shouldn’t take this much effort to get basic updates or movement on a case. If you’re looking for a stress-free or proactive service, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

Andrew has been absolutely fantastic as our solicitor from start to finish. He has been so supportive and helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing our first home. Andrew took the time to keep us informed and up to date and was always so prompt in answering all our queries and questions.
