Single most amazing dealership experience I have encountered. I felt like a celebrity start to finish on my first purchase and have been back over and over since. I’ve just purchased my 4th GSXR from them in 4 years and will continue to use them. I live 2 hours away but if there’s ever an issue I’ve had a bike collected from my house and delivered back. They have gone over and above at every opportunity. Thanks guys and keep up the good work.
VOID -AVOID Very friendly and smooth-talking owner and his right-hand man with a single mechanic. Bought a new bike with accessories, tax, warranty etc. After payment the communication went quiet and I had to chase delivery after 6 weeks. Apparently, the dealer wanted me to back out. The bike was delivered unregistered, untaxed and without any of the bought accessories. Only after getting Suzuki and Ombudsman involved things were on “back-order”. I live far away and that did allow them to mess me around. So many lies. Don’t be fooled by the Suzuki Dealer awards they flaunt, it does not mean anything, Suzuki lost market share in the North and anyone with 50K could get a dealership with disappointing consequences for me. Worst buying experience ever. We are now happy Honda customers. What a world of difference!
