Charming but pricey
Love the atmosphere and attention to detail in the theming. However, for what you pay, I expected the rooms to be in better condition.

Absolutely loved staying at Port Orleans French Quarter! The theming is incredible and really makes you feel like you're in New Orleans. The beignets at the food court were amazing, and the boat transportation to Disney Springs was so convenient. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though a bit on the smaller side. The pool area with the dragon slide was a hit with my kids. Would definitely stay here again!
This is hands down my favorite moderate resort at Disney World. The theming is immersive and beautiful, the staff goes above and beyond, and the amenities are excellent. The dragon pool is unique and fun, the boat transportation is convenient, and the overall atmosphere is just magical. Yes, it's pricey, but the experience is worth it.
Wasn't sure what to expect from a moderate resort but this place blew us away. The attention to detail in the theming is incredible - from the cobblestone walkways to the wrought iron balconies. Our kids loved the playground and pool area. The beignets are a must-try! Staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Will definitely book here again on our next Disney trip.
While the resort grounds are beautiful and well-maintained, our room was not up to par. The carpet was stained, the furniture was worn, and the air conditioning was loud. For the price we paid, this was really disappointing. The food court was also overcrowded and the selection was limited.
The resort itself is gorgeous and the theming is fantastic. Staff was generally helpful and friendly. However, we had issues with our room's plumbing and it took two calls to get it fixed. The food court gets very crowded during meal times. Despite these issues, the overall Disney magic was still there.
Had a wonderful stay here! The resort is smaller than some of the others which I actually preferred - felt more intimate. The boat to Disney Springs was relaxing and fun. Pool area is great for kids and adults alike. Food court has good variety including those famous beignets. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bus service was reliable.
The resort has great character and the staff was friendly, but our room felt dated and could use some renovation. The bathroom was particularly showing its age. The food court had decent options though the prices were typical Disney expensive. Location is good with bus service to parks running regularly.
Really enjoyed our stay here. The French Quarter theme is well-executed and the resort feels cozy compared to some of the larger Disney properties. Transportation to parks was efficient and the boat to Disney Springs is a nice bonus. Room was adequate though nothing special.
This resort exceeded our expectations. The kids absolutely loved the dragon pool slide and spent hours there. The French Quarter theming is done so well - feels authentic without being over the top. Room was comfortable and housekeeping did a great job. The only downside was that bus transportation could be slow during peak times.
