This is concerning Order Number: 53069191. It took so long to get an email confirmation, that I assumed something went wrong and ended up purchasing the plugin from Sweetwater Audio. I first attempted to electronically chat with your company, but whatever text I entered the chat robot kept replying "I don't understand, try wording it differently." After several attempts I gave up and went to Sweetwater. There is absolutely no excuse for receiving an email confirmation 30 to 40 minutes later. It was only $20 US, but it definitely will be the last $20 you ever see from me!

Pluginboutique gave me seamless service after purchase. My purchase was based on the price. I struggled at the Roland end. Downloading my purchase was an issue.

Terrible experience! - Difficulty processing payments - Furthermore, the plugin (muted trumpet harmon) is unusable because it requires a specific version of Kontakt. - The website specifies that you need at least version 6, but it doesn't specify that it's a different Kontakt that costs over €300. This doesn't seem very serious to me; it's just fooling customers. I reserve the right to take legal action.
