Worst. Tried to get a Brainworx SSL plugin, first time experience with Plugin Alliance and entered the world of coupons, redemptions, bloatware Install MAnagers. When asking for refund they said "Can't refund as you didn't purchase from our store" despite Brainworx being a Plugin Alliance proprietary brand. Now understand the scam. Ignore all the Reddit posts plugin Brainworx and just go any other brand.
Trying to open the plug-in and the menus continue to ask for an authentication code. I used the code provided and it did not work. It continued to tell me that it was an invalid code. I used the plug-in as a trial and was not impressed at all. I spent fifteen dollars to find out it’s a very poor plug-in.

I got what I expected, the way I expected it!
It would have been easier for me to purchase a software at the Roland website. Once I purchased the plug-in, I could not load it because Roland required me to do a 30 day subscription plan before the plug-in can be loaded. So it took a day and a half for me to try to figure out how to load the plug in and then finally when I subscribe for 30 day trial basis, the plug-in loaded, and I was able to download it and install it into my DAW. Too much of a hassle, there must be an easier way

Occasionally cheaper elsewhere but not often. Sales on manufacturers sites are often reflected in PluginBoutique prices. Keeps a record of updates to previously purchased items and every past purchase is easily available when you need it. Nice to have a big slice of your VSTs tracked at one site and rewards are really worth something if you purchase a lot like me. I have to turn the VPN off to purchase via Paypal (grrrrr) but otherwise purchases are mostly frustration free. Big Fan, thanks for years of service to me.
