A good shop to be in
PMT Norwich has always looked after me, more so the last few weeks. I've been there twice since being newly in a wheelchair. Tom pushed me across the gravel car park the first time. Today I was with a friend and didn't need the same help. I'm a bass player and wanted an acoustic bass that I can take on the wheelchair safely. Tom went fetch every model they had, from up a few steps. I liked the first one, as soon as I played it. Tom stayed with me throughout, plugging the Ibanez into an amp for me. I paid for the bass Tom ordered a gig for me, on next day delivery. I left as a happy customer, yet again.

Do not buy from Alto. Their customer support is lousy
I bought one of their Bluetooth Ultimates, which started making a loud bang on one side of the stereo. My shop sent it back weeks ago. Alto claimed over a week ago that there's nothing wrong with it but haven't sent it back yet. From what I hear, they are like that a lot of the time. Edit It's now 24th Sept. They sent the faulty Bluetooth to the shop. We recorded the bang that they pretended not to hear and sent the wav to them. This time the bang was called 'normal' by Alto. I took a video of the bang. That was over two weeks ago. They asked if I'd plugged it into a balanced input, which I had. I've since heard nothing from Alto.
