We used Don at Plan B for the first time today to deliver 2 bikes to customers in Hertfordshire and Essex. Everything he said he would do was done exactly when he said he would do it. Prompt collection, updates as his deliveries progressed, e mails with delivery receipts attached and he took time out to bring some bikes back to us that one of the customers donated for a charity we are assisting. We even got a call from one of the customers to compliment us and him on the services we provided. The first time but certainly not the last.
My experience with Don at Plan B Logistics was excellent. From the minute I contacted him, he answered immediately, was extremely professional and proficient, and was the cheapest quote I had, but a brilliant service. Could not have been more helpful. I will be highly recommending him to my friends.

I found Plan B Logistics on Shipley. I had been inundated with bids for my job. Plan B really stood about the rest for me because he’s VAT registered, also his bio told me that he wasn’t into a bidding war. I spoke with him as my job was a little more complicated and he was so nice, really friendly chap and extremely helpful. If I have the need I would certainly use him again. Highly recommended.
