Delivery the way it should be done
We used Don at Plan B for the first time today to deliver 2 bikes to customers in Hertfordshire and Essex. Everything he said he would do was done exactly when he said he would do it. Prompt collection, updates as his deliveries progressed, e mails with delivery receipts attached and he took time out to bring some bikes back to us that one of the customers donated for a charity we are assisting. We even got a call from one of the customers to compliment us and him on the services we provided. The first time but certainly not the last.
