Gut Rewild
I purchased Gut Rewild back in February. I had a number of reservations as to whether they would work and asked a number of questions - which were answered fairly promptly I may add. I purchased a six month supply having seen the information that they could be returned. I also read that it takes a few weeks to feel the benefit and that not everyone feels a change until later. After a month I received an email asking for a review of the product. I wavered for a while but decided I should inform them that I didn’t feel any different and that I did not think the product was working for me. I did not receive any follow-up from this. A further request was made within the next couple of months, again without any follow up. My three months came and went and, although I had been feeling slightly better, I could not make my mind up whether this was due to the product or not and as I had already paid for the six-months and the return period had gone, I decided to complete the course. The week before the end of my six months I decided to cancel, having had no real benefit. I wrote to them explaining and thought that would be the end of it, but it wasn’t. I received no response and a few days later received an email saying they were sending out my “second months” order. I went in to the website as one of the emails had suggested I could amend or change the order only to find that I could find no means of cancelling and the order being sent out was not listed. I tried to ring them but no one was answering the phone so I emailed them again stating I had requested they cancel and that I had not placed another order and that it would not be my second month. Needless to say I did not receive the response I expected but an email saying it had been despatched. I telephoned my credit card company who informed me that the money had already been taken. I emailed them again twice but yet again all I received back was a standard computerised response saying someone would contact me. To date I have not received a response. Having seen this Dr advertising the product on tv I had felt more confident that this product would be of use to me but the customer service is non-existent and as I told them they had got my money - so what!! To date I hav e not yet received the second batch (another six-month supply) but will either be refusing delivery at my door or returning it. I have requested an addressed return label but, as stated above, they have not responded to the request. Personally I feel hat I could not recommend this product or this company due to my experience but feel that it is up to each individual as to whether or not they decide to try it or want to take the risk. Update 3.8.25 I went onto Physical Nutritions website this morning to check again if I could cancel and was appalled to find no way of cancelling this product yet again but that in the orders section was a whole list of product entries. I could not believe my eyes. I took a photo but unfortunately cannot add it to this review. I have not ordered any of these products and do not know if any attempt has been made to take all the money listed from my account. I am 78 years old and this is really upsetting and stressing me out. Tried to access a second time and cannot access the account. Seem to be locked out!!!
