Photo Keeper Reviews

Converted over 2000 family photos and slides dating back to the 1940s. The attention to detail in restoration work exceeded expectations and having everything backed up digitally gives such peace of mind. Staff clearly knows what they're doing.

Did what they promised but nothing exceptional. Photos came back in good condition and digital files were properly organized.

Used their services for a large corporate archive project. Efficient handling of high volume orders and competitive pricing for business accounts. The batch processing saved us significant time compared to doing it in-house.

Had an issue with some files being corrupted after delivery, but their customer service team was quick to respond and fixed everything at no extra charge. The cloud storage option is convenient for sharing with family members.

While the final product was satisfactory, communication during the process was lacking. Had to call multiple times to get updates on status and pickup scheduling could be more flexible.

Finally got around to digitizing decades of photo albums and couldn't be happier with Photo Keeper's work. They handled everything carefully and the scanning resolution is perfect for printing if needed. The online gallery feature makes it easy to share with relatives across the country.

Professional service with good attention to detail. The color correction on some of our faded photos was impressive. Wish they offered more flexible pickup and delivery options for busy schedules.

Photos came back digitized as expected. Quality is adequate for our needs though some of the older slides could have been enhanced better. Fair pricing for the service provided.

Used them to convert old business slides and photos for our company's anniversary presentation. Results were impressive and the metadata tagging feature is very helpful for archival purposes.

Photo quality came out great and the digital copies look better than I expected. The process took about 3 weeks longer than promised though, which was frustrating since we needed them for a family reunion.

Photo Keeper has been a lifesaver for managing thousands of family photos accumulated over the years. The scanning quality is excellent and their digital organization system makes finding specific photos so much easier. Staff was professional and handled our precious memories with care. Only minor complaint is the turnaround time was slightly longer than expected, but the quality made up for it.

The photo restoration work they did was fantastic - brought some badly damaged family portraits back to life. However, the pricing structure wasn't entirely clear upfront and we ended up paying more than initially quoted. Would recommend getting everything in writing first.
