I was uneasy at first. I even was uneasy at second. But with time PCG and Matt earned my trust. I now feel they are honest and completely transparent. I also like that I could also invest, along with my cash, my rolled over IRA funds.

Was originally skeptical -- did due diligence and still just invested a small sum, after months of regular interest payments, I bought substantially more bonds and am very satisfied with this portion of my portfolio.

I am getting checks last two months. I told Matt I did not want checks. To leave in account after first time. I have destroyed both. I still have no response on it. I also let Matt know I wanted to discuss rollover of 401k money. He told me two different times he would respond and did not. My third email was never responded to. I think Matt is nice, but has to big of a work load and needs some help.
Matt has been a pleasure to work with. The response time is really great, and all my questions have been answered in person or through the monthly conference calls. The conference calls help to explain the investment opportunity very clearly and very well done. I appreciate what Matt and Phoenix capital is doing and their friendly transparent attitude.
I keep telling people about Phoenix Capital! Service has been stellar, new website is better than the old one and love the 9% bonds for non-accredited investors. One of the best products out there for smaller investors and darn good for larger ones!

The only reason I did not give a 5 out of 5 is it took a week to actually have my newest investment activated.
The seminar given was short and to the point. Matt was easy to talk with and used terms that made sense. The e-docs for signing need improvement. Why can’t we both sign the same doc. Small inconvenience. Returns are being deposited So you make me smile. Looking forward to our next buy in.
Questions answered I had questions about what would happen to my account upon my death. Mr. Willer was able to answer these and have the appropriate forms sent to me
