I am getting checks last two months

I am getting checks last two months. I told Matt I did not want checks. To leave in account after first time. I have destroyed both. I still have no response on it. I also let Matt know I wanted to discuss rollover of 401k money. He told me two different times he would respond and did not. My third email was never responded to. I think Matt is nice, but has to big of a work load and needs some help.
