I have to admit I was skeptical about…

I have to admit I was skeptical about using the service but, the customer service was great. I made an error on my ticket and I sent an email and they responded quickly and resolved my minor issue. Thank you for great customer service.

I made a mistake with my return flight…

I made a mistake with my return flight date. I contacted them if i could change it. They responded to me immediately and helped me with my concern. So far i am very pleased with them.

Number to contact

After paying the amount in full PLT tried to take another payment 6 different times in a 48 hour period. I had to email PLT to stop the transaction and check records of paid in full accounts. Still no response. I had to email and chat to communicate because there is no contact number. Then PLT mixed up on the departure time which couldn’t be corrected without a fee even though the PLT app showed the time I picked versus the time on my actual ticket. Very disappointed. Hopefully PLT has a number available to contact to speck to someone live instead of waiting for someone to answer the chat or return an email.

Jane was very helpful and fast. As a side note. Me having to put in my email and get a code sent to my email is a lot to do just to leave jane a review. She did great though.

Just finished paying off my flights to…

Just finished paying off my flights to only realise so have no checked baggage. I wish I could give ZERO stars. Poor customer service. Not clear at all. I want a full refund.

Wonderful customer service experience.

Customer service rep Jenny was amazing. Quick responses and timely resolution to my concerns. So easy to work with. Pay Later is highly recommended due to flexible payment options for those in need. My Christmas has been less stressful 😊

I like the fact that you allow me to make payments on my flight

I like the fact that you allow me to make payments for my dream vacation...but I dnt like the fact that I'm not able to choose my seats until after the last payment, or have to pay a 55 fee plus cost of tickets upfront....I checked the Delta website... went thru the process, and the price came up the same as yours with seats being picked...I'm just disappointed, it's for my birthday and we would like window seats to and from...that all I ask...
