Patriot Mobile is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.
Customer service is excellent. Delivery of my phone was prompt and expedient. The calls are audible But I am very disappointed in the service. I am not able to use search engines or engage on social media or even use the maps when I travel. I was recently in Kentucky and was very frustrated by this. This is not the first time.
I have a fiberoptic WiFi but this pos Patriot system makes me restart continuously!!!!

I was given misinformation, not happy with the final outcome.
You can reach them quickly by phone and their team, based in Texas, speaks clear English and is extremely patient and helpful. As a 78 year old who isn't very tech savvy, I truly appreciated how they take the time to walk me through any issues or questions I have. I highly recommend them, especially after dealing with Verizon. Their rates and service are top-notch.

So far I think Patriot mobile is great, the price is definitely way better. I like what Patriot stands for and against. The only issue so far was when I reached my plan “limit” for data the internet stopped working altogether. I called Patriot and they made it right by switching the towers my phone uses. The representative was very friendly and helpful, most importantly though he spoke English very well. That was because he is an American and English is his first language. I would have given a 5 star but I don’t understand why they didn’t have me on the better towers from the start. So far I am very happy with my decision to support Patriot Mobile.
