Patriot Mobile is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.
Customer service is excellent. Delivery of my phone was prompt and expedient. The calls are audible But I am very disappointed in the service. I am not able to use search engines or engage on social media or even use the maps when I travel. I was recently in Kentucky and was very frustrated by this. This is not the first time.
I have a fiberoptic WiFi but this pos Patriot system makes me restart continuously!!!!
Can't get rid of Gemini! I force stopped the app but it did not disappear...

Thus far, everyone I have spoken to has been genuine, real, and themselves. I wasn't fully able to complete transfer from another company before I had a massive heart attack. I didn't want them to think I had ghosted them, so I got in touch through a phone call, and upon my second hospitalization, text. They offered an immediate prayer, and I was placed on their prayer list. I was checked on, and ensured there was no push or hurry, to take care of myself first, that they would be here. I still have to transfer my tablet to make everything complete, but I have never received more genuine and heartfelt care. It means and at the moment meant SO very much. I was terrified of what was to come in the aftermath, and they helped me get through this new "normal" (I don't do "normal" lol).
I love that Patriot Mobile is a Christian/Conservative Company and also when you need customer service, you talk with someone in the US that you can understand.
Every representative I spoke with, was so kind helpful, and went over and above what they needed to do to help me transfer my service, conveniently and with ease
Well, I’m 70 and not even techy at all. Note: I was king of the analog world, digital left me behind holding the reins of my horse and buggy. Nevertheless, it took me three days of calls to get myself hooked up to the system, all my fault mind you, three different reps and still got it done, with no sound of frustration from any of them, an excellent experience. I used more data than I anticipated so I had to bump up one level but, I’m still saving $30 per month. That’s real money and I feel better knowing where a share of the profits are going!!!
