Good customer service even when photo fails the first time
Initial format was rejected by the online Us passport renewal website, however I emailed passport photo online, and within half an hour, they had sent me an updated format that was correct for the online renewal form (apparently it's different). Excellent customer service, I was skeptical but this is the real deal and saved me a trip to Walmart or wherever. Thanks!
