Kein Data Matrix Code!!
Die Informationen auf der Website sind irreführend: Sie weisen zwar darauf hin, dass ab 1. Mai Bilder für den Reisepass digital eingereicht werden müssen und bieten digitale Fotos an - daraufhin habe ich für 12,90 eins bestellt. Was ich aber nicht bekomme ist der nötige Data Matrix Code - weswegen ich nichts mit dem gekauften digitalen Bild anfangen kann. Ich habe sämtliche in den den anderen Beschwerden hier genannten Email Adressen für Support durch probiert: die Mails sind alle unzustellbar. Ich gebe die Bestellnummer unten an und verlange mein Geld jetzt auf diesem Weg zurück. Das grenzt an Betrug! (Von wegen: noch können nicht alle Ämter Codes einlesen als Begründung dass ihre „Dienstleistung“ nicht fehlerhaft ist).
