Service zuverlässig, gut und leicht bedienbar
Ich habe ein digitales Foto aus einem Fotoschooting verwendet. Dabei haben wir damals kein biometrisches Bild gemacht. Das Hochladen meines Bildes verlief problemlos, die Menüführung ist leicht verständlich, so dass ich die Bearbeitung, die Prüfung durch einen Experten & die Zusendung von Abzügen einfach beauftragen konnte. Für mich waren alle notwendigen Informationen in den bereitgestellten Anleitungen leicht zu finden. Die Fotokorrektur ging sehr schnell und die E-Mailkommunkation war ebenfalls reibungslos. Jetzt warte ich auf das Ergebnis der Prüfung durch den Experten. Hätte ich bei mir in der Gegen ein biometrisches Foto machen lassen, hätte ich deutlich mehr bezahlt, wenn ich dazu auch Abzüge haben hätte wollen. Ich habe nichts negatives anzumerken und kann diesen Service empfehlen.

Sehr gut. Ich habe einfach per Smartphone ein Foto gemacht (Gerade und ohne Lächeln). Hintergrund war egal und wurde automatisch wegretuschiert.. krass. Das Foto wurde durch deren KI automatisch angepasst. Ich hatte somit keinen großen Aufwand. Und der Preis ist m.E. auch ok.
