As a first-time mom, this service has been amazing. One less thing to worry about and the quality is consistently good. The ability to pause or modify deliveries through the app is super helpful.
The service started great but quality has been inconsistent lately. Some shipments have diapers that seem thinner than others. Customer service is responsive but I shouldn't have to contact them this often about quality issues.
Excellent service overall. The diapers are comfortable for my baby and never leak. Delivery packaging is secure and the subscription management is straightforward. Only minor complaint is I wish they offered overnight shipping options.
The diapers work fine and delivery is usually on schedule. However, I've had issues with the sizing - they seem to run small compared to other brands. Also wish they offered more variety in brands to choose from.
Been using Parasol Diapers for 6 months now and they've been fantastic. The subscription service is convenient and the diapers are high quality. Delivery is always on time and customer service responds quickly when I need to adjust my order.
Love the concept and the diapers are good quality. Unfortunately had several delayed deliveries which is problematic when you're running low. When deliveries arrive on time, it's perfect.
Overall happy with the service. The diapers fit well and are absorbent. Had one delivery that was a day late which was stressful, but their customer service made it right with a credit. The packaging could be more eco-friendly.
The diapers themselves are excellent quality and the delivery service is reliable. My only complaint is the price point - it's definitely more expensive than buying in bulk at the store. Still worth it for the convenience factor though.
