Paladin Pos Reviews

The analytics and insights have helped us optimize our menu and staffing. Sales have increased 15% since implementation partly due to better data visibility. The loyalty program integration is a nice bonus that our customers love.

While the features look good on paper, we've experienced too many system freezes and slow processing times. Had to restart the system multiple times during our busiest shopping weekend. Support was responsive but the issues keep recurring.

Love how easy it is to customize menu items and handle complex orders. The tip processing feature is great and customers appreciate the quick checkout process.

Managing three locations with Paladin POS has been seamless. The cloud-based system allows me to monitor all stores in real-time and the consolidated reporting saves hours of work each week. Setup was professional and training was thorough.

Works well for our clothing store. Inventory management is straightforward and the payment processing is reliable.

Switched from a more expensive competitor and haven't looked back. Paladin POS offers most of the same features at a fraction of the cost. The learning curve was minimal and integration with our accounting software was smooth. Highly recommend for small to medium businesses.

The core functionality is solid and handles our daily transactions without issues. However, the mobile app could use some work - it's a bit clunky and sometimes crashes when processing refunds. The desktop version is much more stable. Customer service has been helpful when we've needed assistance.

Had some initial setup challenges but their support team walked us through everything patiently. The system runs smoothly now and handles our peak hours without problems.

We've been using Paladin POS for about 8 months now and it's been a game changer for our busy restaurant. The interface is intuitive and our staff picked it up quickly. The reporting features are comprehensive and help us track sales trends effectively. Only minor complaint is that customer support can be slow during peak hours, but overall very satisfied with the system.

It does what we need it to do for our bakery. The inventory tracking helps us manage perishables better. However, the reporting could be more detailed and the printer integration is sometimes finicky. Overall it's adequate for our needs.

Our elderly staff members adapted to this system much better than our previous POS. The large buttons and clear layout make it accessible for everyone. Transaction processing is fast and accurate.

The system works fine most of the time, but we've had a few frustrating outages during busy periods. When it works, it's efficient and the staff likes the touch screen interface. Pricing is competitive compared to other options we looked at.
