I have been using Pak Cargo Service for over 10 years now. The management and staff are really cooperative and try to assist when things go wrong. Important to remember that once Cargo crosses into Pak, things can get complicated just the way systems in Pak work (customs, changes in government rules, bureaucracy, etc). But the team do their best to resolve such issues using their wealth of experience in the industry.
Company was absolutely amazing, the package was swiftly taken and collected by a team which who was kind and caring of my products and very professional. I have been using them for over 10 years and would recommend them highly. Would use again and again. Alhamdulillah Great work team!

Terrible Service - Extremely Delayed Delivery and Poor Customer Care I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Euro Pak Cargo Services Ltd. I shipped my cargo on June 6, 2024, and was promised a delivery time of 6-8 weeks. However, my cargo did not arrive until October 29, 2024, which is over 20 weeks later—more than double the promised time. This delay was completely unacceptable, and it caused a lot of unnecessary stress. The customer service experience was equally appalling. Despite making numerous attempts to contact them via calls, texts, and WhatsApp messages, I received no response or support. It was as though my concerns were completely ignored, leaving me feeling frustrated and helpless. Such a lack of communication and transparency from a company is unprofessional and disappointing. Euro Pak Cargo’s terms and conditions do not state that delays can extend this long, yet they tried to claim it was within their rights to delay my shipment for months. If you’re looking for reliable service and clear communication, I would not recommend using Euro Pak Cargo. I am still waiting for adequate compensation or even a formal apology, and I am seriously considering legal action for the inconvenience and frustration caused. Best Regards, Azmat Khan

Worst service ever been using them for past 2 years and twice they have lost my parcel and fail to communicate or compensate me. They are rude and keep repeating “read terms and conditions” DONT USE
Appalling service. Customer service absolutely rubbish , no communication why items are being delivered late. Had to constantly chase them Took over 6 months for items to be delivered to Pakistan. Don’t use them.
Recent Bad Experience with Pak Direct Cargo: Just lost a couple of thousands pounds worth of clothes and shoes, all water damaged and one third missing. Electric box still missing and the staff have no idea where that is, so most probably lost. They should at least pay the delivery charges back as they failed to deliver good safely as they promised. Please use their services if you got extra money to throw away.

I sent cargo to Pakistan weight 58kg when they received it was 39 kg was sent in May 2024. some stuff a couple of months ago and received in Pakistan yesterday. All bags opened and people went through our clothes and stuff. Just a few chocolates and three four shampoos and other items of very personal hygiene items that should have never been opened. Some electric items removed from the electric box. Just to add here nothing of commercial number. All personal stuff that we were going to use during three months holiday. I would say don't waste your money as they are not the same as they used to be a year ago. They all blame this on thing in Pakistan. Not worth it as we lost around a thousand pounds worth of stuff. I have used other services before this had never happened before. This was a recommended by someone saying they are good. They are the unreasonable. They should have never taken any stuff out of the bags. When they received it should weight the same . The cargo was sent in May it took 12 -13 weeks .
