Terrible Service - Extremely Delayed Delivery and Poor Customer Care I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Euro Pak Cargo Services Ltd. I shipped my cargo on June 6, 2024, and was promised a delivery time of 6-8 weeks. However, my cargo did not arrive until October 29, 2024, which is over 20 weeks later—more than double the promised time. This delay was completely unacceptable, and it caused a lot of unnecessary stress. The customer service experience was equally appalling. Despite making numerous attempts to contact them via calls, texts, and WhatsApp messages, I received no response or support. It was as though my concerns were completely ignored, leaving me feeling frustrated and helpless. Such a lack of communication and transparency from a company is unprofessional and disappointing. Euro Pak Cargo’s terms and conditions do not state that delays can extend this long, yet they tried to claim it was within their rights to delay my shipment for months. If you’re looking for reliable service and clear communication, I would not recommend using Euro Pak Cargo. I am still waiting for adequate compensation or even a formal apology, and I am seriously considering legal action for the inconvenience and frustration caused. Best Regards, Azmat Khan
