The team is very professional and the sale was perfectly handled and trouble-free. Couldn't have wished for better agents !

Excellent communication which made things run smoothly and stress free

James and Adam remained optimistic and cheerful despite it taking a long time to sell my house. We got there in the end and I am grateful for the time they took to reassure me during stressful moments! I have used Page & Wells (Loose) a couple of times now and whilst I have no intention of moving again for a very long time, I think they are a good estate agents should I need one at any point.

This review is directed at the Maidstone Lettings team, as once again we have been made to feel like second class citizens. The staff here do not see tenants as customers, just landlords, their total lack of respect for our privacy is astonishing. They constantly pander to neighbours unjustified and ridiculous complaints about the trees they claim are over hanging. No communication from them until the last minute, giving contractors our details but failing to inform us so we have no idea what they want or why they are calling. In the last five years we have had countless errors and delays from incompetent staff who claim they have done their best. We were left with no heating or hot water for over a week and the total sum of their efforts was one call to one contractor who said they were looking into the availability of parts. No compassion, no empathy, no respect! It seems that the staff change every five minutes yet the next ones appear to have no more interest than the last. As I have said, they do not see tenants as customers which is very clear in their approach. If you are considering renting any property via them I would be very careful. I am led to believe there is a different level of service when you are a buyer which is clearly demonstrated in their reviews from buyers, it’s a shame they can’t filter that through to tenants.

We are very happy with how our house sale has gone, Mike & Nicola are super professional and were really supportive through the whole process which can be quite stressful. Nicola has kept us up to date sometimes even daily and I haven’t had to chase, from living locally I would 100% use Page and Wells Bearsted again and recommend them highly if you are looking for an agent.

We sold our house through Page and Wells Larkfield, they were excellent throughout the process, providing us with meaning full trusted information at every stage in the process. Where Page and Wells excelled themselves, was when the processes of moving encountered difficulties that could not have been for seen, they actively listened to our concerns and provided thought full advice as to alternative strategies to achieve our end goal.

Phil (the branch manager) went above and beyond from start to finish. He kept me in the loop even when there was no news, he reassured me when things were looking rocky and he knew all the details end-to-end process like the back of his hand. I had 100% faith in Phil and his team, this was important because it was all new to me. Phil, Coral and everyone else from Page & Wells didn't just handle the process professionally but they felt like great friends/ family by the end of it. A quick sale was achieved but we did encounter issues lower down the chain due to changing market conditions. Very quick to get on the market from initial valuation, they did all the viewings with no hassle to ourselves. Once the property was sold, they kept us informed throughout. As we live abroad, have next to no knowledge of the UK housing market, and were selling the house on behalf of my very elderly father, we weren't expecting it to be easy. But thanks to the very competent, professional, helpful and friendly staff in Bearsted, everything went very smoothly, and I cannot speak highly enough of them. They were always on hand with invaluable advice, support and recommendations at every step of the way and went above and beyond when some technical problems occurred at the (unoccupied) house. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wishing to buy or sell property in the area.
