This review is directed at the Maidstone Lettings team, as once again we have been made to feel like second class citizens. The staff here do not see tenants as customers, just landlords, their total lack of respect for our privacy is astonishing. They constantly pander to neighbours unjustified and ridiculous complaints about the trees they claim are over hanging. No communication from them until the last minute, giving contractors our details but failing to inform us so we have no idea what they want or why they are calling. In the last five years we have had countless errors and delays from incompetent staff who claim they have done their best. We were left with no heating or hot water for over a week and the total sum of their efforts was one call to one contractor who said they were looking into the availability of parts. No compassion, no empathy, no respect! It seems that the staff change every five minutes yet the next ones appear to have no more interest than the last. As I have said, they do not see tenants as customers which is very clear in their approach. If you are considering renting any property via them I would be very careful. I am led to believe there is a different level of service when you are a buyer which is clearly demonstrated in their reviews from buyers, it’s a shame they can’t filter that through to tenants.
