I have to say I was impressed with Nathan. He was very good at spotting the issue within a minute and gave me some crucial tips in the process, so 5 + stars to him. The reason I gave a 4 is because when I contacted the company to arrange an earlier appointment they never replied. On top of this they never phoned to agree for a date in the first place, they just sent a text.
Mike was fabulous. Friendly and efficient. We have had some very moody repair technicians visit our home but Mike D 4094 was the best one ever. Would prefer him to repair everything!
Ben (engineer number 4101) came to do a modification on our tumble dryer, great service, explained everything he was doing and why, very clean and tidy.
