Önskar att jag läst andras recenssioner innan jag beställde från detta bluff-företag. Returnerade 2 par skor enligt alla konstens regler i ett och samma paket (samma låda som jag mottog paren i). Får bekräftelse på att de mottagit båda paren, men får bara återbetalt för ett par. Kontaktar dem och får snabbt svar att de ber om ursäkt och blir bjuden på en rabatt. Någon vecka senare har jag fortfarande inte fått betalt och när jag kontaktar dem igen , förnekar dem att de mottagit detta och att de är ledsna över min oärlighet. KÖP INTE FRÅN DETTA FÖRETAG!

Beställde skor som tyvärr var för stora så gjorde retur enligt instruktionerna, hörde inget på flera veckor och skickade förfrågan via webbplats som är enda kontaktvägen. Jag kan följa min retur och se att den kommit tillbaka 15 maj, jag får först ett positivt svar att återbetalning ska påbörjat inom 5 bankdagar och att de ser att min retur kommit tillbaka i lager. Därefter från jag svar i samma tråd att jag inte har något ärende alls hos dem och att de avslutar mitt ärende. Jag har svarat med skärmdumpar på alla bevis men inte hört något så nu blir det polisanmälan om bedrägeri. Beställ inget härifrån!!!

Absolute rubbish service Mostly from Yodel the delivery company but surely they should sort out the delivery and not expect me to do a 50 mile round trip to collect trainers. No refund as of yet , just awful. Should have read the reviews. No chance of getting the trainers now as they are out of stock … well apart from my one pair that are who knows where now.
Purchase seven pairs of trainers. To try for a good fit. ( fitness instructor) Choose to keep 3 pairs. Arrange a return. Took the original box with 4pairs to the local “corner shop” Yodel depot. I was turned away, “computers not working” a very intimidating man, I felt uncomfortable in this shop. Tried to contact asics to find a different returns company. No reply for nearly a week. Decided to reduce the sizes of box. And try another Yodel depot (Morrisons) They happily took my parcel in. Meanwhile that day asics in response to my email changed my return label to two so I could return in two packages. It’s too late I had already returned it in one box. No refund so I chased it. Sent my proof of posting receipt and screen shot of yodel delivered to asics. Won’t refund my £401 as I am in violation of returns policy. I’ve tried to get my credit card company to help and they can’t help as I’m in violation of returns policy! Now ASICS outlet will not respond to my emails. I don’t know what I’m ment to do now. I can’t afford to loose this money.
Schoenen gekocht in de outletstore ASICS Roermond, 1 schoen had na 3 maanden minimaal gebruik, 2 scheuren in het bovenwerk. Slecht contact met klantenservice, februari 2025, in mails uitsluitend standaard zinnen waar ik niets mee opschoot. Opsturen schoenen was niet de procedure, uiteindelijk naar outlet terug gegaan, bijna 200 km enkele reis. Moest ter plekke nieuwe schoenen uitzoeken, geld terug of tegoedbon was niet mogelijk. Waardeloze service na levering ondeugdelijk product.
My shoes arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The shoe I got is great and exactly what I wanted and the correct size, I was a bit scared to order the shoes bc the review for asics outlet weren't very good but I'm very happy I did
I bought runners and a top. I got a size 8 in the runners and M in the top. The sizing was exactly as I needed. The communication from the store was prompt. It gave me a delivery date of March 7 and came that morning. I made the purchase and then read the reviews and thought I had lost my money. I followed the tracking everyday and it was updated everyday. I know some people were not happy with their purchases or the communication from the outlet store but I am delighted as I saved myself at least €50.
Blev rädd när jag såg omdömena på denna sida efter jag hade beställt. Beställde 2 par skor och fick dom 1 vecka senare, väldigt nöjd med skorna och för ett bra pris. Kommer definitivt beställa härifrån igen! Rätt storlek och känns som mina andra asics skor.
