Great communication and explanation

The broker made no attempt to negotiate the price of the vehichle as promised on the website. Once the deal was done, I was ignored by the original broker and passed to someone completely different.. Text messages ignored and I certainly feel let down by the process

The process was super efficient and easy. Basically had my finance approved quickly and advisor even offered to help me find the right car. I ended up finding one myself but the service was great. Lovely manners. Not pushy at all. Left me alone when I said I would come back when I was ready. When I needed help they were on the ball. Funds paid out within an hour or two of find my new car. Awesome service. Would defo use again
