Everything was so easy and communication was daily with updates.

Easy to deal with, prompt

Despite paying off all my loan, oddle have reported that I missed a payment but it’s not true. This is affecting my credit file and I’ve always paid on time. I have already submitted a complaint over 2 months ago but I have been ignored. I have send a new complaint today to customer.relations oodlefinance.com Please get this sorted asap if you want me to remove this review. If this is ignored and not sorted within 2 weeks I will be contacting the the FCA and submit a form complaining.
