First, be honest. Initially, you stated that this is a fully online process and that we would receive a response after the proceedings. However, you later mentioned that there has been no response and that we must follow the regular court proceedings to move forward. If you had mentioned this at the beginning, I would have consulted with our lawyer. I only contacted you because you said the process was completely online. I requested a callback from the your party but did not receive one. Now, I am being threatened that the matter will never proceed without an immediate response from my side. This situation is very disappointing and reflects poorly on your team
After my 2 previous reviews... still the petition to the court hasn't been raised... plus the assigned advocate doesn't care to reply to my queries either on call or whatsapp. Also, no help is received if you drop an email to OnlineLegalIndia support team. In frustration today I called the advocate and he mentioned that OnlineLegalIndia has outsourced the work to some another legal firm and its been more than a week and he is no longer associated with my case. This is second lawyer that has been changed. To my surprise, I haven't received a call informing the same and I am still searching for other options top get this done.
It's a fraud company This company is a scam They were supposed to refund me my money. First the pressurized me to make payment of 3180. When I said I don't want your service & refund my money back even before the service started i.e same evening that I made payment (they took 2 days to even work on it) They told me that we can't refund the money & told select se other services. I told them I don't need any service from them after lot of argument they pretended to agree to refund my money with 20% of cancellation charges which amounted to 2548/- . They promised me to pay within 7 days but did not make it I had to call again they neither answered nor called back only when I message them on Instagram that I will put this scam of their on social media I will receive a call saying they are working on the payment. Since my bank Citibank was taken over Axis Bank so all the UPI id & IFSC code had changed which I had informed them by mail So they told on 16 July they have made payment but I didn't receive any payment in my bank.l share my bank account statement & my UPI transaction for July 2024 but no payment received. I called my bank too & asked for the issue they told me the would have rejected & declined as the the party has used older IFSC code or older UPI id. I explained the same to Daniel their escalation officer but he was neither ready to confirm the UPI id to which the payment was made. He only their internal excel sheet record which was fake I humble request to all not to go with this company as the take your money & will never return it back. The service is as bad as their way of treating you. They got the money back in their or never made any payment as they were not ready to give me the transaction receipt just told me it the issue with my bank & I will have to ask my bank to resolve it . it's non of their concern. I have all emails & Instagram screen shot as all evidence Please as many can report this company as scam so that others can be saved. Shouldn't even get zero star.

OLI21449700712345- After 4 months of going back and forth, OLI has finally done the needful. I would like to thank Sohini and Daniel for making this happen. While my initial experience for the last 4 months was unsatisfactory, OLI escalated the matter when I raised concerns on social media. The rating is based on their ability to respond quickly to my escalation and finally today for doing the needful.
I am having a problem with Flipkart and Sony service. I purchased a SONY TV from Flipkart and it was delivered with a defective product, but both parties denied my request for a replacement. Because of the open box delivery from Flipkart and Sony was not allowed to use their warranty because of the open box delivery from Flipkart. Finally I have decided to raise the legal notice through is website to both parties. So,I communicated my concerns to an online legal India portal and received a prompt response. Their service was outstanding and clarified all of my doubts. I have suggest for this website for any consumer complain issue.

Guys, be aware of this company. It's a fake company that asks for payment first, and once the payment is done, they demand more details for GST and request an additional payment of over 5k for a business license and tax filing through some application.
