Delivery took 4 days, product probably enviable since the whole package had defrosted, obviously delivery mechanism has changed, but completely failed
Delivery took 4 days, completely defrosted when it arrived, probably jab not viable but had no choice but to use it today. Product is too expensive to be messed up by bad delivery mechanism. I feel very let down and then get no reply as to why the delivery failed so badly and given how hot the weather was the ice pack was too small and completely inefficient

As ever very quick and efficient, the order arrived a couple of days from completing the online questionnaire, and that included the Doctor reviewing it. Very satisfied.

It all worked well until recording theβ¦
It all worked well until recording the videos required. Iβm a 69 year old living alone and it was impossible to make the videos on my own. I dont want someone else taking the videos. Iβve already paid for the medication but canβt get it until the videos are provided. Itβs got me stressed and in tears trying.
