Online Courses Australia Reviews

The support I have received from my educator is phenomenal. I am currently doing The advanced Eyelashes course and love it. The online information U receive is easy to understand and complete. I would highly recommend this course.

I’m a real beginner on the course but I have learned pretty quickly how to navigate the system. I very much enjoy the comprehensiveness of the course documents and whilst doing the self-assessments or tasks at the end of each section is quite time-consuming, I have found that doing that extra bit of research has really enhanced my understanding and provided me with a depth and very specific information that really compliments the course material. I highly recommend doing these extra pieces of work. I also responded to an early email from my mentor Veterinarian with a photo of me and my puppy. I gave info about myself and reasons for doing the course. He responded to that and I think that is important in feeling a part of a program of study and not feeling isolated. I am retired and have a dog and wouldn’t mind volunteering at my local vet who is always flat to the board and very compassionate, they are my reasons, I also just love learning. Its at your own pace and no pressure. An absolute pleasure.

I absolutely love this course, Advanced Veterinary Nursing, I have a extremely busy schedule, so I’m lucky to be able too have flexibility and time to complete the course, it’s relevant and inspires me to keep following my passions, my mentor is always on hand and I can’t rate it highly enough

I don't even know where to begin. I enrolled in this course after going through a very horrific home invasion, which myself and my children still struggle with the memories, and this happened November 2021. From when I enrolled in the Veterinary Assistant and Welfare Course Bundle, the support has been amazing. Courtney in particular has gone above and beyond for my needs, questions, problems and just in general an amazing support. There are no words to describe how much doing this course will help my mental health after such a horrible event. So again i just wanted to say a huge thank you to Online Courses Australia and Courtney.

Fantastic course so far! I have had nothing but assistance and guidance! Everyone involved has been pleasant and welcoming. Would recommend!

Brianna is incredible, so helpful and always easy to contact!! she is a great lash educator and mentor. I love that it’s all at your own pace 🤍

Great help and support.

This is a great way to study if you have a busy life. I work and look after Grandkids, so when ever it's quite I can study for a while. My Mentor is very easy to contact and is really encouraging with the activities that I hand in. Don't know why it took me so long to do this.

Love that this course is self paced. If you have a busy schedule online courses is the way to go. My mentor is easy to get in touch with, making studying online a lot more personal. Thank you xx

This is an overall amazing course. It’s very easy to find where everything is located on the site which is very helpful! Their staff team and the teacher herself are extremely helpful, always get back to you within the hour. Definitely can recommend!!!

Customer service is exceptional & my mentor is amazing at answering my questions & replying to messages FAST! Highly recommend

Couldn't have got through my course which was the advanced lash course without the support of my amazing teacher, Brianna! So many times I wanted to give up, but with Brianna's encouragement, I got through it.

I would highly recommend OCA - in fact cannot recommended them highly enough! ! Have found the customer service to be extremely friendly & knowledgeable. Answering my questions (there were a lot!) patiently. The course structure has been easy to follow and again with great support. Fabulous experience all round.

Not happy with this company at all. Lied to me about pricing at sign up, asked to cancel as there is a 7 day guarantee, but was ignored, now I have debt collectors chasing me? Seriously? Wasn't even going to tell me that they hadn't cancelled the course. Very shady sales people, called me over and over when I first signed up, I had to block the number because it made me feel uncomfortable.

The OCA team is beyond Exceptional. If you’re looking for the best place for online studies, Look no further! Not only is the customer service from online courses Australia above expectations, everyone you come into contact with is a pleasure. Fast response, constant support no matter your circumstances, caring and compassionate trainers. It really doesn’t get better..but it does! The online portal is so simple to understand and easy to access, unlike some other platforms I’ve experienced. Finding course content and submitting assessments isn’t a challenge in itself, Hallelujah! A huge selections of courses and payment plans to pay as you go, Online courses Australia is a 10/10 for me. You won’t regret the decision to study with them.

It has a great layout on the course. Self explainary in the information and the question.

Our team is currently working through the online course "Working with children certificate." As a course the team have found it very intuitive, the team has learnt a lot of new information already, we especially love the activities set in-between the sections, and after each section the team discussion of how we can incorporate this into our school. At the beginning when starting the course we had a few small issues with logins but the support team was very prompt with fixing the problem and getting us going again. So far from the course, I only have positive things to review and we as a team are looking forward to ending this course and completing more in the future.

This course was amazing. It is very highly detailed in every aspect and all of them are very helpful if you have any concerns or are just stuck on a topic. It is a very high learning online course but gives overall aspects on everything that you need to know in an engaging way. I highly recommend these online courses
