Online Courses Australia Reviews

This course is amazing and so easy to follow. The support I receive from my educator Brianna has been amazing and motivating. Her feedback is helpful and she has a real passion to help each of her students succeed. I don’t feel like just another person taking the course.

Very prompt and courteous. Relevant to requested information. Cheers Antoinette

Im studying Vet assistant and animal welfare. It's a fantastic course, self paced and the online course is easy to navigate. The webinars are also very engaging and interesting.

Online Couses Australia is very easy to navigate through and very prompt in answering questions and very great help. I would definitely recomend them.

I am studying VET Nursing Career Sampler and enjoying my learning experience. The course is well written, informative and easy to understand. I would recommend Online Courses Australia if looking to study at home at your own pace.

Great learning material, enjoyed the unlimited timeframe to complete the Veterinary Assistant & Animal Care course. The flexibility of the online course is great especially whilst I work full time and running a part time business.

I (like many) was sold the dog grooming bundle which had so very little to do with actual dog grooming . I completed the bogus course which I got for around $500 instead of the original price but still have no certificates to download! They reallydo NOT offer a professional education service !

Have had such a positive experience studying with Online Courses. Would recommend to anyone thinking of studying. Such a variety of courses.

Great courses, love that you can go at your own pace. Good mentorship. Minor fault is that I keep getting stuck and not being able to progress with my course but after a phone call it does get resolved.

I recently had a really positive experience with Hollie who was very responsive and empathetic towards my situation and was able to support me to find a solution that works best for me. I am very happy with the customer service provided from Online Courses Australia.

Daniel Hearn made the process very easy for me, he was so friendly and professional and genuine and made me feel at ease. I was so worried about signing up but he made me feel very comfortable and he explained everything to me over the phone, he did not hurry me and we set everything up together which was a relief for me. Thanks Daniel Hearn

Highly recommended and beneficial. I am thankful to OCA for providing this great opportunity to complete the course online.

My experience with Online Courses Australia (OCA) was very good. I expressed interest in the Criminology Course Bundle and got excellent help from the start. I had quite a few questions that were answered promptly and gave me food for thought before I decided to take the course. When I finished the course, I did have questions about the certificates being issued and got a quick and prompt response from student support on the same day.

I recently completed a course with Online Courses Australia and had a wonderful experience with their Student Support team. I encountered a couple of issues: one with accessing my certificate for the completed course and another with resuming training for another course. I reached out to their support team, and Karen promptly provided a detailed and clear response to address my concerns. The instructions were easy to follow, and everything was resolved quickly. Their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire process seamless. It’s reassuring to know they’re there to help students every step of the way. If you’re considering enrolling in a course, rest assured that support is just an email away! Thank you, Online Courses Australia, for making my learning journey smooth and stress-free!

I just completed the Personal Training and Nutrition Bundle and was really impressed with the course. I had regular mentor sessions with Miranda, who was great, she was always so supportive and helped me out whenever I had questions or needed more information. I’ve learned so much and I’m really excited about where this knowledge can take me in the future

Her feedback is helpful and she has a real passion to help each of her students succeed. I don’t feel like just another person taking the course. I took a break from my coarse after having some personal mindset obstacles and my educator did not delay her support and motivation to complete the course. I feel so confident and supported

At first I was a little nervous asking for help. I was handed over to people that new how to fix the problem and they were very friendly and helpful. They persisted with me until my problem was solved. Nothing was too much of a problem. Many thanks for your help.
