I have been using their service for more than 3 months and the service has been excellent. Never had any issues with the connection so never had to reach out but my overall interaction with them has been very good. They always reply within a couple minutes. I am now renewing it for another 6 months. I recommend this iptv.

Very responsive before the sale and they just ignore you once the sale is completed! There very words were, Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with. After that statement they just ignore you. Only responsive before the sale. I purchased today on the 07/8/22 and requested a refund an hour later with no response. Other reviews make the same remarks. Their reply is a very poor attempt to paper over their terrible customer service! The part about sharing accounts is a fabrication and I am fully aware one cannot watch on 2 devices simultaneously. The review was posted a hour after I got my login details and that's when they start ignoring users. Other users have posted the same comment as well. It really is a pathetic response with a fabricated lie in an attempt shift focus away from their terrible customer service. I cannot wait for my sub to expire as I will not subscribe or refer friends and family either again. I had referred my friend and father who bought subscriotion and are "Not using my account details as these liars make slanderous remarks!!! Poor customer support. The trial worked but once I paid for the service it didn't work, thank god I only paid for 1 month. Now they're ignoring my messages. Stay well away.
This is one of the worst IP tv services in the world. I would go as far to say that they are worst than Comcast. the support team is a joke and their service is crap. They're just money grabbers.
I contracted the service expecting a proper decent service and support. The reality is that the service quality is mediocre, freezing from time to time depending on the channel watching. The worst by far is the support. They don't offer any structured support model but just a whatsapp number that even changes the number from time to time. They also seem to follow a script or the support agents they have literally have no clue of what's going on. I have sent them multiple technical evidences that the issue is with the source and not with the local application used for reproducing iptv services. Still.... They don't listen or they have no clue how to fix it. The worst is when you push agents for a formal response they stop answering the whatsapps number. Aweful experience... Not sure if even the service will last for a year in advance I paid....
This person is a reseller and does not provide the service or adhere to the terms and conditions of the product. You can only contact them via whatsapp and then they ignore your requests after purchase. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS SERVICE. THERE ARE FAR BETTER OUT THERE.
