We chose a limited deal on a model that was advertised as being in stock with a short delivery date. The charger has been fitted and we sold our diesel car in preparation for the arrival of our new EV. So far the delivery date has been pushed out three times with no communication from Octopus. We only discover this information by checking the tracker. We have to chase Octopus each time to try and get an explanation and still waiting for a satisfactory one.
Honestly cannot fault this team, from Charlie in Sales to Lydia in after sales, they are just great. Thank you Team. I am one happy customer
Ali Husain made my experience seamless. Firstly I needed a car quickly due to having no transport, Ali got the wheels moving (pardon the pun) really quickly to the point he was chasing me to reply to emails from the delivery partner to make sure I didn't miss out on an early slot. I then needed help afterwards with my charging credit, he was all over it and made sure to get me an updated code so i could us the public charging network. Thanks so much Ali, keep up the good work!!!

Brilliant customer service from Octopus Electric Vehicles. My car had some damage done to it outside my home and was referred to a local garage. A delay was encountered for the repair to commence due to some confusion over a locking nut for the tyre. Car was eventually repaired and a complaint was raised to Octopus Electric Vehicles. A Mr Andrew Hammond from Octopus Electric Vehicles commenced an investigation into the delay for the repair and came back with a very successful outcome for me, for which I was very grateful. The service from Andrew was excellent, professional, knowledgeable and showed gratitude humility in dealing with the complaint. 1st class service from Octopus Electric Vehicles. Them aim to please.
