Hyper Auto Transport did a excellent job in relocating my Bike from California to Kansas in a enclosed trailer. Andrew Kane was always available whenever i had any questions. Would definitely use their service again.
I worked with Bryan. He started off by guaranteeing the price and ship date. Both were a lie. He continued to tell me no payments were to be made until the car was delivered. As soon as the contract was signed He sent me a request for deposit payment that was not disclosed. He and his dispatcher Tim were very rude, unprofessional and degrading on the phone and through text. This platform won't allow me to share that evidence but other will, which I will be sharing. There was a contract, I did sign it. I believe it is always best practice to be up front and ethical with customers and clients when doing business. Hyper auto transport was not in anyway professional, ethical, or trustworthy. Steer clear.

Definitely recommend! I was searching for a reliable company to help transport my vehicle over 300 miles. After speaking to quite a few transport companies, Nicholas , truly stood out in his customer service. He made sure we were in constant communication and he was able to find me an affordable transport hauler who delivered my vehicle on time and safely. I appreciated that he was able to answer all my questions and if I ever need a transport again, I will definitely give Nicholas a call.

I can say without hesitation that Hyper Auto Transport is an A+company. We hired them to transport our vehicle from Phoenix, Arizona to North Carolina. I must say in the beginning I was a little nervous using a transport service. Marcus was awesome to work with. He walked us through each step, answered all our questions, stayed in contact with us from the time our vehicle was picked up until the time it was delivered. Charles, our driver was fantastic as well. He also kept in contact with with his location. We actually received our shipment one day early. We were notified closer to delivery time the exact time our vehicle would arrive…. And it was right on time. I will not think twice about using Hyper Auto Transport. We highly recommend!

The communication from Daniel Jackson was amazing. He helped keep me calm because I was so frazzled because I was moving out of state. He got my car picked up and towed fast and without any issues. My boyfriend and I are extremely pleased! Will be using them again in the future!
So far I am pleased with my quote and how thorough Tom has ɓeen with the whole process of the pickup and delivery. The pickup is tmrw and hopefully I'll be adding positive feedback after my vehicle is delivered with no problems. We shall see... but so far I'm very pleased.

After 20 years of dreaming for a car designed like mine, some idiot ran a red light and totaled my dream car. I loved that beauty more than even life itself. The worst part I was even told by the insurance company all the money we put into we was not getting back unless I bought it back and sold it for parts. They had to go off of what it originally came with, thousands of dollars invested and only walked out with $3k not even enough to buy a motorcycle these days. My mother was seriously hurt, my car totaled and over $7,000 dollars worth of damage and the irresponsible driver broke 3 of her passengers collar bones in the process and all that driver walked out with was a $73 dollar ticket.. wheres the justice in that? I even submitted dash cam footage.. but this company as new as they are went above and beyond for my replacement that I finally found!! Thanks to the Lord up above and to Jesus as well as my family, the dealer and the shipping company down to even the driver they all need the recognition they desperately deserve for making this happen!! I now have my dream back, my life back that brings me so much joy and happiness!!

This company has absolutely no credability. Marcus guaranteed me over a week ago that he would transport my vehicle for me. When I first spoke to him, he told me he was the transporter and that he was not an agent so there was no in between and it was going to be really simple. He gave me one price of $900. Over the next couple days, I could tell his story was changing and he actually wasn’t the transporter not only that I told him and in writing do not try to scam me and inflate the price and he had over one week to pick the vehicle up Now on day six he has decided to call me and try and charge me $1600 700 more than I agreed too !! These people are unreal DO NOT USE THEM THERE ARE TRUE SCAMMERS!!
