Overall the signup procedure was straight forward. I just wish there was a "things we should know" field. My vehicle is at a business and it would be helpful to know what the name is of the person who has the keys and what times of operation the vehicle can be picked up. Maybe I'm overthinking it.

Simple process, great experience.
Emma was very genuine and kind, the quote for shipping was obtained quickly and was hundreds less than a competing company, the communication via text and email was instantaneous and simple. You made a complicated process feel very easy.
