My experience with Nexgen has been great. I could not have asked for more. And I am 100% without a doubt that they will do more for you than any other companies. I have been with them for a couple years. And with their guidance, I was able to put in the work it takes to learn how to trade in the futures market. And with their software, it's easy. I am making consistent money. Thanks Nexgen.

i was skeptical at first checked all around for a reason not to buy it i came up with very little, did the 10 day demo back in february of 2022 ,for me not very computer friendly but they have a support system that is second to none, from the it support , to the daily classes , and you have the email and phone numbers for everybody , to me its all about the individual ,some get it quicker than others , if you put in the time you will get it ,

Honestly it was there CEO John Novak. I have personally not dealt with the company and won't because of him. I came across an AD on social media and the AD offered a trading software for free so I figured I would click on it and see what it was about. This John Novak kept blowing up my inbox and was rude because I wasn't responding. Eventually I responded and told him I had no reason to respond because the AD claimed they were offering software for free that involved trading and to no surprise it wasn't so there fore I had no need to respond. His exact response was "So , not that you are bright enough to answer this questions ( and yes he actually put questions, and yet he was attempting to insult my intelligence) but, any idea on how can we NOT advertise to people who are so f****** stupid that they think a company would teach you how to make a ton of money for free?" Those were his exact word's!!!!! Now, as a business owner and mind you I own my business he's just the CEO! LOL!!! You don't advertise or offer something and not stand behind it and I don't care who you are or where your at in a company, weather your dealing with a potential customer or maybe dealing with an employee you absolutely do not talk to people that way. I mean honestly your the 1 offering something for free on Social Media... People are going to click on it weather they have any interest or not. All in all I do dabble with trading and I'm looking to pursue it further and I don't expect anything for free but due to this John Novak character who's obviously entitled and arrogant and doesn't have the testicular fortitude to talk his RAW RAW in person (yes I asked him to) I wouldn't s*** from this company, and I'm still willing to give you my address there Little Johnny Novak ;-*

Just want to give a shout out to Jim Forbes who has been instrumental and supportive of my journey to acquire the NexGen Software. When first contacted by Jim, I wasn't ready to pull the trigger, and Jim was not really selling me, but more about giving me insights into what NexGen software was, the founders, and the mission of NexGen. Mike Hunt who initially introduced me to the NexGen capabilities was also a big help and mentor on the dynamics of what NexGen was and can do. His expertise with this software was like nothing like I had ever seen. He introduced me to Jim and Jim was patient with me and stayed in contact. When I was able to buy the lifetime license, Jim worked with me all the way. I can't say enough how awesome the software is in regards to projecting where the market trend may change course. The other guy who has been a big help is the founder's brother Mark Novak who runs the education room in the discord. Mark's enthusiasm and patience with teaching you how to best use this software is a gold standard. You won't be sold a software program and be left wondering how to use it, NexGen level of service is top notch from the founder, John Novak, to the tech support Jason who has graciously fixed a few of my screwups on my charts several times. I highly encourage anyone who is looking for a program that will take their futures day trading to the next level to contact Jim.

Nexgen Software Services is by far one of the best investment software programs available. However, what makes them unique is the dedication to customer success in trading futures. I have never had this superb level of experience and interaction with any other company, especially in the investment world. I can’t thank Mark Novak and Jim Forbes enough for the time and help they have offered me from the first day I started using the software. Their mentorship is priceless. I feel I am finally on the road to consistent success with day trading futures using the software. It definitely takes commitment, time, and a lot of practice. I understand the learning process will never end, and I can always rely on Mark and Jim’s feedback and continued coaching on my journey. I would recommend this company to anyone who is serious about becoming consistently successful day trading.

TECH SUPPORT !!!! THEY ARE THE BEST IF YOU HAVE PROBLEM THEY ANSWER RIGHT AWAY.I HAVE USED SOFTWARE IN THE PAST BUT NOT AS GOOD AS THIS ONE... DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY THEY ARE THE BEST

I will try to keep this short and on point. I’m 63 and starting trading when I was 19 to 21 in the S&P pit at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Life took a turn and I ran successful companies for the next 35 years and retired. After Traveling the World for 4 years, moved to Florida. The only career that I was not successful in was Day Trading. Nexgen Software and the Novak Family has changed that. I received a call from Chris Novak at the end of last November and at Exactly that time I was looking at a plethora of different trading platforms. After doing my due diligence there was No Other Software in My Opinion that was even close. My two week trial was the last two weeks in December. I then paid for a Lifetime Membership. Even though I consider myself a seasoned trader, I still remain teachable and entered the beginners class taught by Mark Novak daily. I traded in Sim for two weeks, then decided it was time to be funded by one of the firms Nexgen recommends. I’m very proud to say I was just funded and I am now trading the funding account monies and not my own. I Do Not know of another Business that you can buy with such a small investment, that has no overhead, no employees, incredible resources, customer service and people that Absolutely will support you in every way possible to see that you succeed! I have been in the business world for almost 50 years and to see the Integrity & Ethics that this Company possesses is Really Impressive. Thank you John Novak, Chris Novak and Mark Novak. You have a Fan for Life…

I am new to day trading, I just opened a Ninjatrader account. I have watched many hours of instruction and am just beginning with demo trades I truly believe with practice and the tools Nextgen Software Services provides, you'll find me in the winners circle making 3x the money as I make at my make ends meet J.O.B. I asked Chris Novack, how much is commission I need to pay Ninja Trader on the 1st practice trade I made when he told me $12 or $24 Honestly I can't remember, but it equaled about $430 profit for a ten minute execution I mean I love John Novack's software John and Mark Novacks teachings. Chris Novacks courteous professionalism and the patience of the techs and Chris to get me set up and running smoothly. John and Mark, I'll review again when I pay off my house etcetera.

Nexgen is top notch!! The signals are very accurate. John and Mark are excellent teachers and the support staff is second to none. The trader's chat site provides a great family of traders to learn with. I'll be taking John's master class in 2 weeks and took an early retirement thanks to Nexgen.
