Just want to give a shout out to Jim Forbes who has been instrumental and supportive of my journey to acquire the NexGen Software. When first contacted by Jim, I wasn't ready to pull the trigger, and Jim was not really selling me, but more about giving me insights into what NexGen software was, the founders, and the mission of NexGen. Mike Hunt who initially introduced me to the NexGen capabilities was also a big help and mentor on the dynamics of what NexGen was and can do. His expertise with this software was like nothing like I had ever seen. He introduced me to Jim and Jim was patient with me and stayed in contact. When I was able to buy the lifetime license, Jim worked with me all the way. I can't say enough how awesome the software is in regards to projecting where the market trend may change course. The other guy who has been a big help is the founder's brother Mark Novak who runs the education room in the discord. Mark's enthusiasm and patience with teaching you how to best use this software is a gold standard. You won't be sold a software program and be left wondering how to use it, NexGen level of service is top notch from the founder, John Novak, to the tech support Jason who has graciously fixed a few of my screwups on my charts several times. I highly encourage anyone who is looking for a program that will take their futures day trading to the next level to contact Jim.
