excellent service

I've been with NetFly TV for over 6 years now I've seen the progress and the change in their content, but there's still some things that need to be fixed on the service, there's alot of skipage in the live channels and also need to add some more channels in the Latin platform.

Since February 2025 that I joined this service, every few days I have problems most of the times I use YouTube to figure it out what to do. If msg them on chat you may not get an answer for more than 24 hrs. I have screenshot that I am still waiting. As for email you have no different. I am getting really frustrated with their service.

Easy to setup and pay, good communication, 25k English movies and a wide range of OD tv shows and movies. Occasional buffering on the OD service but I put that down to third parties servers. Quite happy with the service.

I highly recommend Netfly TV. They are worth the money. I have had so many other providers and have been let down. Netfly TV has so many channels and movie and tv shows. The reason I have 4 stars instead of 5, is because I feel that they need to update their on demand channels. Otherwise, they are a great company.

Hello just to inform you that this tv link is not working keep stopping every seconds and you did stop the service 2days before the expiry date 6

Great service, prompt response if any issues which are related are anyway. Highly recommend

They let you believe there is a 99% uptime, this is more like 50%. They don't give answers to your questions, only reply is: what error code and try another app. The 30 day moneyback is also a lie. They just keep trying to "help" you. Better avoid this one!

Been using this service for over a year yes some problems happen but get sorted after 24 hours unless your impatient for some reason. The support isn't the quickest but get back to you still rather than not bother. My service has been good just some people might have either crappy hardware or crappy internet.

Well, when it works it’s great. However, there is zero support. I can’t access the website, so, I can’t get my account details to set it up on my tv! Waiting 4 or 5 days now and support haven’t bothered to respond. Can’t use the live chat, since I can’t get on the website! I have 4 different services, all of them WhatsApp support or answer emails apart from these guys. Disappointed so far

I'm happy to have Netfly. The UX and UI are really good ( friendly and great look and feel)
