Great customer service, and easy to access

Warning: The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee Is a Scam I signed up for this service expecting a risk-free trial due to their 30-day money-back guarantee, but it turned out to be a complete lie. The service did not work properly from day one, and despite spending a full week troubleshooting with their support team, the issues were never resolved. When I finally requested a refund, they flat-out refused, insisting they would “keep helping” instead. No matter how many times I explained that the service was not functioning as promised, they would not honor their own refund policy. To make matters worse, I later found out that this provider operates illegally, something they don’t disclose upfront. There are legal alternatives available—avoid this one at all costs.

Always good so far no problems odd bit of lag but this is very rare

Not easy to browse for good movies and series. Netflix type experience of the movies and series database will be enormously useful

I really like your service but sometimes there's a few channels that stick and the picture staying the same,while the sounds moves on to another part of the video,pictures still the same.

Buffering a problem

i have been using netfly for more than 2 years overall it is good but i am expecting improvement in certain areas. Choice of Chanels is great. But buffering is a big problem. Also certain chanels do not work. when it comes to picture quality it is not great compared to Sky Q box. So please improve the picture quality.
