I needed a Hummer H2 picked up in North charleston South Carolina and taken to Bham Al. I had 20 different companies that contacted me, but Neptune Auto Transport said that they could pick it up the next day. They gave me the contract to sign, and the phone number of the driver. THAT WAS THE VERY LADT TIME I EVER HEARD FROM THEM. I had to drive to Charleston leaving at 1am to get the HUMMER because they LIED. MISHA was the person that I talked to. That's the same person who have me the number to the SUPPOSED driver that never answered my calls either. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND ASK FOR AN UPFRONT FEE EVEN AFTER THEY STATE THAT NO UPFRONT FEES ATE NEEDED. LIARS AND ZERO COMMUNICATION. THEIR LIES COST ME OVER 1000 dollars and wasted 2 days.
t was a great experience shipping car from Atlanta to Arlington and Diana from Neptune Auto transport team was fabulous and very helpful and communicated details well and made the move comfortable and Christian who transported the vehicle was best at the customer service provided.
