I enquired online about the animal welfare and vet assistant course and got a phone call today from the lovely and wonderful Hadil El Houri. She was so very helpful and thorough. Best customer service I've ever received from a company, which makes me so excited and happy to start this course. 10 stars to hadil. Thank you so very much for all your help and laughs :)

Very helpful and informative chat over the phone after enquiring online. At first, I was unable to take the call, the first time and asked that they call me back the next day. It was no issue, they got a hold of me today, and I am now enrolled in the online horticulture course and am excited to start! Very happy that there'll be tutors on hand to call anytime for advice/support. Thank you to Jordan for being patient with me on the phone and walking me through the whole enrolment. Great customer service.

Such a possitive and knowledgeable conversation getting course information and very easy to understand the information provided. Caroline was very prompt and very friendly! She explained everything fully to my understanding and she answered all questions I had to my satisfaction. She was not too chatty and seemed very down to earth. I feel very excited to start learning and know I have the full support I need.

Was hesitant to sign up for a course I'm not the type that likes change and new things. I was contacted by Kyle and able to have a chat with him at a time that suited me. He took the stress and anxiety out of signing up. I am now excited that I have signed up for the dog grooming course. Kyle wasn't pushy like some course places can be.

The animal welfare course proved to be a challenging and yet enjoyable course to complete . The content for this course is upto date . I especially enjoyed working through the Assignments in this course , which though not straightforward google searches really involved studying of academic literature to formulate the answers . The feedback provided on the assignments were thorough and in time.

The tutors I had were amazing!!! So quick to get back to my emails when I had questions about the tasks. They assisted me by advising me on how I could do better, things I do good but how to perfect the skills further. The tutors were extremely quick to give back feedback for assignments which helped in the way that I could practice and work on the areas for improvement ASAP. The biggest thing I learnt was how to apply makeup to suit all skin types while looking beautiful. I have my own business called Brooke Kuchel Beauty, BKB, my instagram is @brookekuchelbeauty showcaseing all the looks I have completed. I thank the tutors for all their support that has enabled me to become a makeup artist!!

Covid played its games during my time with this course! From kit delays, To making models few and far between! The whole team were so patient with me, and my million and one questions! The student portal is so easy to navigate! With heaps of extra info to dive into as well! The tutor support is amazing!! I feel like I can ask them anything! And have it explained to me so that I wasn't left questioning the answer. I'm getting ready to finalise another course and will be signing up for more My Learning Online / Australian Beauty School, is my go to Online Fam for a range of courses!!! Top job Guys!! Love studying with you!!!

I'm giving learning online a 5 star rating. The courses are challenging but there is constant help from the tutors via email, phone and on the actual course dashboard.
