Hi my name is Wendy W. I am a Grandma of 59 Years of age, I have 4 beautiful Grandchildren who I love so much and would do anything to help support them through these challenging, uncertain times. I have always said I wanted to do a course to help the mental wellbeing of both my Grandchildren and other children in need by volunteering my services to the community. I hummed and hard about doing the course initially because I didn't believe myself to be capable of completing it successfully much to my family's surprise I completed and enjoyed the experience of something that I am so... passionate about. I finally took that big step and I haven't looked back. My family are very proud of me. Learning Online supported me throughout my successful processes. The learning was organised, set out, easy to understand and complete with rave reviews from Elizabeth my Counsellor Assessor and mentor. Elizabeth was always contactable, prompt, friendly, helpful, supportive, quick on marking my assessments and giving fantastic useful and helpful remarks when assessing my Assignments. With a smile on the other side, thank you for your support Elizabeth! I feel complete and happy that I have achieved what I thought I could never do. I say to those of you who are in doubt, just do it you won't look back. Now I can move forward to helping those children in need with a passion that has made me feel complete. I am now helping 2 of my school aged Grandchildren in classroom, reading and doing Canteen duty once a week with a view to helping more needy children through the counselling or mentoring processes. I don’t usually write reviews but this company deserves to know how great of an experience I had and if anyone else is considering doing a course with them, do it! They helped me so much along the way and if you had any problems they would get in touch with you straight away and we’re super helpful, I’m glad I chose to do my courses through them. I can’t wait to start my own business now all thanks to them!

10/10 In the spirit of caution to the wind spur of the moment decision making, (what could go wrong?) i decided to move interstate about a week ago. I'd given studying some thought previously but had not decided on anything set in stone. I decided after a few days getting to know my surroundings and waiting for the result of a covid19 test... which might i add was a negative (cheering) that I'd jump online and look up a few courses. As fate would have it, i clicked on the first thing i saw which happened to be LearningOnline and by crikey a representative by the name of Mr Thushan was outstanding. having a sales and marketing background it always makes your day when people do it right. Thushan was an absolute gem and made signing up for my courses easy breezy lemon squeezy, quick and painless. No hiccups, no stitch ups and i'm one happy camper. 10/10

My experience with My Learning Online has far exceeded any expectation I had. The original help, care & kindness I had when signing up was absolutely awesome. But it’s the ‘above & beyond’ assistance I received well after this process that really blew my mind. Well into my course I had a medical issue that required surgery & a lot of recovery time. I reached out to the team with concern I would now not be able to complete the course, as to be honest, study was the last thing on my mind. Phil was incredible. Offering any extension required, extra help, tutoring & reassurance that they were there to support me with what ever it was I needed. Half a year passed & I had plenty of time to reflect on what direction I wanted to take & I realised the course I had enrolled in wasn’t resonating at all. It was an amazing course, but I wanted to flip it up & change my life direction completely. I again messaged Phil asking if it was possible to actually swap into a completely different course, & start over. He contacted me straight away, let me know it was no problem at all & put me in contact with Elizabeth - the new course tutor. It was that easy. He was so kind & I really am so thankful. Elizabeth was the absolute best. She spent so much time with me selecting the exact course that would suit me perfectly & made the whole process so fun! I was so beyond happy & felt 100% supported in everything I said. I felt like Elizabeth was as excited for me, as I was for me. I can’t believe how lucky I am to have Elizabeth as my tutor & my support person as I make my way through this course. This company do not just talk the talk, then take your money & disappear. They truly do care about your journey & will do anything they can to help you succeed. Highly recommended. Thank you Phil & Elizabeth.

After completing my social work degree and working in the field for many years, I decided to reskill in the health and nutrition industry. An industry I have always shown a keen interest in. My goal is to potentially combine both qualifications. To educate and support those with special needs and young people to achieve healthy lifestyles. I believe the Nutrition and Business Certificate course with My Learning Online will provide me with the knowledge and skills to achieve this goal. I find the course content to be clear, easy to understand and practical. What attracted me to the course was not only the content, but the ability to learn and hand in assignments at my own pace. On completion of my assignments, my tutor is quick to mark them and provide me with encouraging comments and insightful feedback. I feel fully supported and comfortable to approach my tutor when needed.
