I have had a few properties fall through and have used My Home Move Conveyancing each time. Today Ryan MacCallum transferred a file so efficiently and made the process so simple and easy to the point within an hour I was working through my checklist. Absolute amazing experience. He was so kind and patient and was open to answering any and all questions that I had. Brilliant service and would recommend to anyone. And a huge thank you to Ryan for today. :-)

The software, eWAY, doesn't work properly. I have tried numerous times to book an initial appointment and each time it has failed. The lawyers with whom you placed me never answered emails, never responded to phone messages or text messages. When I eventually managed to contact someone he had no idea who I was and could not find any record of me being one of their clients. I have given you a one star rating but a zero star rating would have been more appropriate.
Only just starting the process of selling my house but so far it’s going well.
The app is easy to use and makes all the form filling, scanning necessary documents that need to be sent feel a lot quicker than using a solicitor.
Becky W was amazing. Super efficient and explained things really clearly for me. Response times were ridiculously quick and she’s also good fun to deal with. Makes you feel like you are truly dealing with someone that cares. Becky W also made me not for stupid for asking such dumb questions!
