I have had a few properties fall through and have used My Home Move Conveyancing each time. Today Ryan MacCallum transferred a file so efficiently and made the process so simple and easy to the point within an hour I was working through my checklist. Absolute amazing experience. He was so kind and patient and was open to answering any and all questions that I had. Brilliant service and would recommend to anyone. And a huge thank you to Ryan for today. :-)

I requested a quote for conveyancing through compare my move, which provided me with four different quotes for this service. Each quote was detailed differently and had various perks. I reached out to My Home Move Conveyancing as they had some of the items listed on other quotes, as ‘all included’ in their fees as a lump sum and I wanted to understand this breakdown better. Within 3 minutes of sending an email asking for a callback I was phoned by Daniel. He was polite, professional and extremely helpful. He explained each point and helped me cross check services to ensure each item was included. He didn’t make me feel uncomfortable for not understanding the language (as a first time buyer) and answered my many questions with the same kind tone. Although we are still early days of our house buying, and haven’t 100% decided on a conveyancer, this interaction with the company and Daniel makes me feel likely to proceed with our quote.
Daniel Alkins has been a life line as I live in the Philippines and couldn't get into the require portal through living in the philippines so for some reason the portal would not support my Philippines mobile number.
But Daniel went beyond his other colleagues and pushed to get me the document I required were other had not but he got has arranged them to be sent through my email pdf format
